From 21st July 2025 Acute requests (requests for items not currently on repeat), will no longer be accepted when requested through online pharmacies.
Medication requests for usual repeat medication will remain unchanged.
We have made this decision because we have an increasing number of illegitimate requests, creating a huge amount of time-consuming work for our team to try and unpick, ensuring that legitimate requests are not missed.
If you need acute medication please contact the practice directly in writing, using our request forms or via email. Please ensure you put a reason for the request as this helps the process go faster.
