Missed Appointments

This equates to around 97.5h of clinicians time.

We are only able to send out text reminders for some of our appointments (e.g. nurse face to face appointments), so it is important to make a note of your appointment when you book.

PLEASE let us know ASAP if you realise you have an appointment booked (either face to face or telephone call) and will not be available as we can then offer this to someone else.
