Patient Services Team & Data Administration

The Patient Services team  are made up of around 32 trained members of staff across 3 practices, who are there to help you make appointments, answer telephone calls and deal with patient queries.  They also keep the medical records in order, organise repeat prescriptions and update patient records.

Our Patient Services team will need to ask specific questions regarding your reason for needing an appointment to assist in triage and make sure you are seen by the best person for your needs.   We appreciate your co-operation in this and assure you all information is kept confidential.
